User Selection via Form (Web)

Our new user search query feature enhances the process of searching, selecting, or inviting users via form in a case by displaying user-specific headlines that provide more details about their roles. Users without a default role or party will appear greyed out and cannot be selected. This feature offers greater clarity during user selection, making it a versatile solution for clients aiming to optimize user management and operational efficiency within their systems.

Semantic Search

We’ve implemented semantic search into our product, transforming how we navigate vast repositories of case records, including documents and smart documents. Unlike traditional keyword search, semantic search understands the meaning behind queries, delivering highly relevant results. This search also provides detailed information like source file name, number matching results found associated with the search etc. It also highlights in bold the most relevant search along with other contextually relevant results This feature saves time, boosts productivity, and enhances decision-making by providing precise information quickly. Our clients can now leverage this advanced capability to improve their own business processes, making information retrieval smarter and more efficient. It’s a powerful tool for any organization dealing with extensive documentation.

User’s Session Management (Web)

We developed a User Session Management module that allows to easily manage and monitor user sessions. Users can view their active sessions, see detailed information like IP address, device, and browser, and even log out from other devices. Admins can manage user sessions, view timelines of session activities, and terminate sessions if necessary. This feature enhances security, improves user control, and streamlines session management for businesses, making it a valuable addition for clients who need robust session tracking and management in their business processes.

Case Owner in Widgets (Web)

This feature allows you to add a custom column and filter to any widget table via the Reports Manager. For instance, in our legal use case, you can define the ‘Case Owner’ (where ‘Case’ is an alias that can be changed to suit any scenario, like ‘Complaint Owner’). This versatile capability could be of benefit to multiple clients, optimizing their business processes through tailored ownership tracking that meets their specific needs.

External ID in Filing (Web)

Our newly implemented “External ID” feature allows clients to easily incorporate their own unique identifiers alongside our system-generated IDs. When filing a case on our platform, users can now choose to add their own External IDs during the submission process. This capability ensures that clients who have pre-existing ID systems can maintain consistency. This feature is particularly beneficial for businesses needing to track cases using their internal IDs, enhancing data organization and streamlining their processes within our product.

API for Reporting Manager Query Execution (Web)

Our “API for Reporting Manager Query Execution” streamlines data retrieval, making it easy to access critical information. This feature allows users to run specific data queries via a simple API request. By integrating this into your processes, you can automate data extraction, ensuring accurate and timely information without manual effort.

Case Owner via Form (Web)

We’ve expanded our platform’s capabilities: first, allowing users to invite/add even multiple users via form in legal cases. Now, we’ve improved this feature to empower users to designate an invited/added user as the case owner (based on configuration) directly through the form. This designation follows the logical organizational hierarchies and rules. If the configuration is set to “Make Case Owner,” the system will log changes starting from the initial user to the final user where the process stops. The user where the log stops will will become the case owner. Clients could benefit from our “Case Owner via Form” feature by making use of real-time visibility into file locations and current desk assignments, ensuring streamlined accountability and efficient case management. Down the line, you will be able to see the record of all transitions from one owner to another.
