Key Highlights

  • Help Module Enhancements: Users with access to the Help section can now manage topics. Global topics are available to all accounts, while account-specific topics are only accessible in relevant accounts. Additionally, users can upload files and organize content using Atomic Topics.
  • Server Side Case Factory: Enhanced efficiency as our optimized Server-Side Case Factory simplifies backend-frontend data sync.
  • Certification Management: We’ve created a feature named ‘Issuing Authority Manager’, accessible from settings in the ‘Nine Dot Menu’, where users can add ‘Issuing Authority’ that is reflected as an option within ‘Licenses & Registrations’ in the User Profile Section.
  • Credential Management: Now, super admins can easily add, modify, and delete credentials that are automatically applied across all accounts.
  • Enhanced Media Uploads: Efficiently manage video and audio uploads with instant retries, and receive real-time feedback for gallery file uploads.
  • Enhanced Action Board Navigation: Now, users can track cases by status and assigned actions with dynamic filters, while pagination simplifies navigation through large volumes of cases.

Help Module Enhancements

  • Global Help Topics: Global help topics now available across all accounts, reducing duplication efforts in maintaining documentation.
  • File Uploads: Enabled file uploads within the help section, allowing users to include images, videos, and attachments in documentation.
  • Atomic Topics: Introducing the concept of Atomic Topics, which embeds immediate children’s topics within the body of a topic.

Note:- Only user having ‘Super Admin’ access have this authority.

Enhanced Media Uploads

Android App: Upload videos with instant retries, efficiently manage ongoing audio uploads, and receive real-time feedback for gallery file uploads.

  • Video uploads: Now you can upload videos with the app. If a video upload fails, you have the option to retry. With just a click, the retry function immediately initiates the re-upload process within the app.
  • Audio uploads: The app efficiently manages ongoing audio uploads, preventing conflicts and queuing new uploads until ongoing ones finish. You can also keep track of background audio upload status while adding more files and receive on-screen notifications during uploads.
  • File Uploads: Now, when you upload files from the gallery, real-time feedback is shown via a progress bar within the app.

Enhanced Action Board Navigation

Now with dynamic filters for status and action, users can track cases based on their current status and assigned actions. The addition of pagination facilitates easy navigation through a large volume of cases.
