Key Highlights

Multiple Digital Signatures (v3)


Once a document is uploaded, you can click on the signature icon in view mode, which gives you the option “Sign Now” if the document has not been signed yet. Otherwise, the “Sign Now” button is disabled, and a pop-up appears indicating that the document has already been signed, to prevent any accidental signings. You can also see the Activity log displaying signatory names, sign status (Pending, Success, Expired, Failed), and timestamps of when each signature was completed.

Info Panel Digital Signature

The Info Panel for a digital signature comprises a list of signatories, each identified by their Role, Party, timestamp, Profile Icon, and the status of their signature. Clicking on the Profile Icon directs users to their respective profile sections.

Form Migration (v2)

Migration has enhanced table stability, maintaining consistent row order. This reduces unpredictability in data analysis and improves data readability. Consequently, querying efficiency has improved, optimizing data analysis outcomes.

Restricted Role Visibility in Sign-Up

Account administrators can now control role visibility during signup across all platforms. They can manage this via the Settings in the Nine Dot Menu, where they can add services (roles) with an ‘Allow Signup’ checkbox option. The role availability/visibility during signup is then determined based on the status of this checkbox.

Terms & Conditions Manager

Users can now be prompted to agree to updated terms and conditions across platforms via a super admin-controlled manager in Nine Dot Menu settings. Allows version control and ensures user acceptance before accessing platform features. The Account Administrator can now manage Terms & Conditions both at the account level and the platform level at any time.

Reporting Hierarchy

Introducing a Reporting Manager field in User Manager, accessible via Nine Dot Menu, for defining reporting hierarchies. Users can search reporting managers by email, phone, or name. Additionally, a ‘Team’ tab is added to user profiles, displaying all team members reporting to the current user.

Android: Activity Widget on Dashboard

We have incorporated an activity widget for our Android platform dashboard, enhancing user interaction and providing real-time updates. It keeps a dynamic record of all activities, including notifications, pertaining to events within your processes.

Android: Regenerate Functionality in Report

We’ve enhanced the UI for AI-generated reports with an ‘Info Panel’ button and a ‘Download’ button. Clicking on ‘Info Panel’ button takes you to a page having ‘Regenerate’ button, clicking on which regenerates the AI report with improved data accuracy. It also displays activity logs, showing who regenerated the report and when.

List Widget: Table View Functionality

We have enhanced the Table view functionality, which has improved readability and presentation of data. Additionally, users with ‘Admin’ rights can manage and customize columns based on their needs.

Navigation and Accessibility

Now we have improved navigation and accessibility on our platform by implementing below:

Breadcrumbs: Users can now effortlessly backtrack and switch between tasks on our platform with the addition of breadcrumbs, ensuring they never get lost in the navigation.

Case Record: Added “Collapse All/Open All” button, simply click to collapse or expand all sections.

Tags in Field Description: For user with Blueprint privilege, “Tag”(shows all created events in a business process in the form of dropdown) simplifies the task of defining associations between form fields and relevant events within the business process ensuring logical organization.

Tags in Event Overview: For users with Blueprint privileges, “Tags” (for document management relevant to events) in the “Event” overview improves the user interface by using color codes to highlight document categories relevant to each event within the business process.

Case Dashboard: The Case Dashboard now features intuitive icons for each tab, enhancing clarity and usability. It also supports full-page scrolling regardless of size for seamless navigation.

Hearing Right Panel Design: We have improved the design of hearing panel by incorporating the ‘Case Record’ & ‘Submission’ tab in the Navigation bar of hearing panel.

Info Panel Theme: Experience improved visibility and accessibility of the Info Panel regardless of the theme applied.

Help Section: With our improved Help Section, now you can expect,

  • Personalized Captions: Add captions to images according to your preference.
  • Improved Readability: Added space before and after list items, making it easier for you to navigate and comprehend information.
  • Advanced Options: You can now enable or disable the generation of an index for your topics and choose to include numeric heading prefixes, with inheritance for children of atomic topics.
  • Enhanced Flexibility: We’ve made slugs optional, giving you more flexibility in structuring your content without unnecessary constraints.

Case Summary

It simplifies data management by enabling users, with admin access, to handle large volumes of input with autosave functionality while also offering Date Filtering for precise data access.

Log Explorer in Account Manager

The Log Explorer in Account Manager empowers users with detailed log management capabilities, featuring intuitive viewing of log histories, real-time updates with infinite scrolling, and customizable UI elements for a seamless, user-friendly experience.

AI-Powered Transcription and Translation

With our latest AI-powered feature in the Bhashini tool, users simply select the audio type (upload, recording, or live streaming), input language, and output language. Click start, and receive instant transcription and translation into your chosen language.

AI-Powered Content Summarization

We’ve integrated an advanced AI feature using a Large Language Model (LLM) to power our Bhashini tool. Users can now quickly generate concise summaries of long documents, articles, and other texts.

AI-Powered Chatbot

Users can now ask questions in different languages and receive accurate answers, making communication seamless and efficient across language barriers. This feature enhances user interaction by providing contextually relevant responses in the preferred language.

AI-Powered Report Generation

Our AI-powered solution facilitates report generation by comprehending and extracting answers directly from document text. Users select indicators, and our system generates detailed reports, streamlining data retrieval and enhancing knowledge extraction for informed decision-making across sectors.
