Linking of Similar Cases

We are pleased to introduce Case Links, a new feature designed to help identify and analyse related cases. With the configuration for similar case linking now fully implemented, users can conveniently access related cases directly through Case Links, which are integrated throughout the platform, including within the Form Builder and Dashboard Builder. This enhancement significantly improves efficiency and case management by enabling users to quickly view and analyze related cases within broader datasets.

New Widget Type- Form in the dashboard

We have added a new widget type called ‘Form’ to the Event Dashboard to enhance user interaction and data accessibility. Upon selecting the Form widget, a drop-down menu will appear, displaying a list of available forms. This feature allows users to access the required forms filed during a case directly from the dashboard, streamlining the workflow and improving overall efficiency.

Filing Options: Pending, Resume and Discard

We have introduced a new feature in the filing process to enhance flexibility and user control. Previously, users could not resume a filing once it had been started or drafted. With this update, users can pick up a filing right where they left off and make any necessary updates. Additionally, users can edit and update the filing status or choose options such as pending, discard or complete as needed. This enhancement ensures better management of incomplete or incorrect filings.

Case Stages in Event Filing Configuration

We are pleased to announce the implementation of a new enhancement in the Event Filing module – the ability to select multiple case stages simultaneously within the configuration settings. With this new multi-select functionality, users can now configure events to select across several case stages at once. This improvement enables the system to automatically reflect stage changes as needed while performing an event, streamlining workflows and increasing operational efficiency. By selecting multiple case stages, users can now view all cases that match any of the chosen stages, making it significantly easier to filter, manage, and take action on relevant cases. This enhancement supports a more flexible and efficient case management experience.

Support for Multiple Filings per Event Option

We are pleased to announce an enhancement to our filing process that provides users with greater flexibility. Previously, each event was pinned to a single filing, restricting users to one filing per event. This new functionality allows users to perform multiple filings for the same event. Pinning an event to a specific filing is no longer mandatory, allowing for a more dynamic and user-friendly experience. This update is designed to improve workflow efficiency and better accommodate a variety of use cases.
