• Case & Event Stage Dropdown in Filing (Web): We’ve added a feature to the case and event filing modules that allows users to select an Event Stage from a dropdown, which is automatically set as the default stage upon submission to improve tracking and streamline workflow.
• Blueprint Builder UI Enhancement (Web): We have enhanced the ability to edit blueprints directly within the Blueprint Engine, providing a faster and more seamless building experience.
• Dashboard Blueprint Import/ Export (Web): We are pleased to introduce a new feature that allows you to easily import and export dashboard blueprints, streamlining the setup of new products without recreating dashboards.

New widget type – AI Agent

We are pleased to announce the launch of the New widget type – AI Agent, the first version of the Saya Knowledge Base Bot, now live as an independent module integrated within the core Jupitice Platform as a platform widget. This milestone marks a significant step forward in enhancing user experience by providing intelligent, on-demand assistance directly within the platform.

Case & Event Stage Dropdown in Filing

To enhance usability and streamline workflow, we have implemented a new feature across both the case-filing and event-filing modules. Users can now select a relevant Event Stage from a dropdown menu linked to the respective case or event. Once the filing is submitted, the chosen stage will be automatically set as the default stage for the corresponding case or event. This enhancement improves procedural consistency by ensuring accurate tracking and categorization of filings based on their current stage. It also reduces manual updates and supports more efficient case management.

Blueprint Builder UI Enhancement

We’re excited to announce a new enhancement to the Blueprint Builder UI. Users can now make changes directly within the Blueprint Engine, streamlining the editing process and improving overall workflow efficiency. This update provides a more intuitive and seamless user experience, empowering users to build and modify blueprints with greater flexibility and speed.

Dashboard Blueprint Import/Export

We are pleased to introduce a new feature that enhances the efficiency of product setup. With this update, users can now import and export dashboard blueprints, eliminating the need to create a new dashboard from scratch when launching a new product. This improvement streamlines the configuration process, promotes consistency across products, and significantly reduces setup time.
