Key Highlights

Team Management – Role-Based Access & Profile Updates (Web)

We have enhanced Team Management with role-based access and permissions, ensuring that only Team Admins can update the team title and manage relevant team details, while other team members have read-only access. The Profile section has also been updated to display the user’s role within the selected team and provide appropriate actions based on their assigned permissions, ensuring a clear and controlled team management experience.

Stage-Level AI Scrutiny Configuration & Desk Integration (Web)

We have implemented the Stage and Runtime Desk workflow with configurable AI Scrutiny, allowing authorized users to enable AI Scrutiny at the stage level and select eligible Smart Document consequences. The implementation includes client- and server-side validation, blueprint copy support, role-based access control, and a desk-level AI Scrutiny action to securely retrieve and preview the latest generated Smart Document without triggering additional processing. Smart Document regeneration is also handled during applicant resubmission to ensure officers always access the latest submission result while reusing the existing consequence, generation, and viewer architecture.

OTP-Based Citizen Consent Verification Before Form Submission(Web)

We have implemented an OTP-based consent verification mechanism as part of the filing process. Citizens must provide explicit consent to process their application and personal information and verify that consent using an OTP sent to their registered/verified mobile number. The system validates the OTP before allowing submission, prevents submission for invalid or expired OTPs, provides an option to resend the OTP subject to applicable limits, and records the successfully verified consent against the respective application for auditability.

Validation approach setup for Cause List extraction(AI)

We have implemented a structured validation approach for Cause List JSON extraction outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of extracted data. The approach includes reviewing existing extraction results, validating extraction rules and expected JSON structures, verifying field-level accuracy and parent-child data mappings, identifying edge cases and potential inconsistencies, and documenting validation observations. This provides a standardized process for evaluating current and future extraction outputs and helps improve the overall quality and reliability of Cause List data.

OTP-Based User Signup and Contact Information Verification (Web)

We have implemented OTP-based user signup and contact information verification, with Account Manager controls to require Mobile OTP, Email OTP, or both. Mobile number is mandatory, and registration is completed only after the required OTP verification. Mobile and Email verification statuses are maintained independently and displayed in the User Profile, with OTP expiry, resend, rate limiting, invalid OTP handling, and re-verification for updated contact information.

Bottom Overflow Issue and Optimized Responsive UI Layout (Web)

We have implemented a UI layout enhancement to resolve the bottom overflow issue, ensuring that content stays within the available screen or container height without exceeding the defined boundaries. The layout has been optimized for responsiveness across supported screen sizes, ensuring all elements remain properly aligned, visible, and accessible without clipping, scrolling issues, or vertical overflow.
