We have implemented the Legal Professionals Marketplace as a multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables legal brands to onboard, manage, and showcase verified legal professionals while allowing clients to seamlessly search, connect with, and engage legal services. The platform includes secure role-based authentication, dedicated dashboards, a structured lawyer onboarding and verification process, comprehensive professional profiles, advanced search and filtering, verified ratings and reviews, real-time chat, video consultations, and service request management. We have also implemented secure contact masking, an integrated wallet, an escrow-based payment system with dispute handling, and robust data protection measures, including document watermarking, restricted content access, and secure API-based delivery. Additionally, the platform supports configurable monthly and annual subscription plans for legal brands, along with a comprehensive admin module for user verification, subscription, payment, and review management. Integrated analytics and reporting provide insights into profile views, client enquiries, consultations, conversions, subscriptions, transactions, and overall marketplace performance, enhancing operational efficiency, transparency, and user experience.

Bulk Data Import and External ID Mapping Enhancement

We have implemented a ‘Bulk File Upload’ feature that enables users to efficiently import multiple records through Excel or CSV files using a dedicated Bulk Import workflow. The feature includes External ID mapping to accurately associate imported records with existing system entities, along with comprehensive validations for file format, mandatory fields, data integrity, duplicate External IDs, and record existence. Users can review imported data through a preview screen before submission, ensuring accuracy and confidence in the import process. Upon completion, the system provides detailed import summaries, highlighting successfully imported records as well as failed records with clear validation errors and mapping issues, ensuring seamless integration, traceability, and efficient bulk data management.

Case Initiation Excel Import Enhancement

We have enhanced the Case Initiation Excel Import functionality by introducing support for additional fields, including Bank Name and Batch Number, to improve data capture and case organization during bulk uploads. The Batch Number enables grouping and tracking of cases imported within the same upload batch and is displayed in the Case Overview section with role-based visibility restricted to authorized users, such as Case Managers and Administrators. Comprehensive Batch Number validations have also been implemented to identify missing, invalid, and duplicate entries, with clear error messages provided to help users resolve issues before successful case creation, ensuring improved data integrity and streamlined case management.

Template Management & Editor Enhancements

We have enhanced the Template Management module by improving the Template Gallery with an intuitive UI/UX, advanced search, filtering, sorting, and template management capabilities for better accessibility and navigation. The enhancement also includes an integrated PDF Viewer for in-application document preview, a Variable Engine to support dynamic placeholder mapping during document generation, an enlarged Template Editor workspace for improved usability, advanced rich text editing capabilities with image and table insertion similar to Google Docs, and structured header and footer support to ensure consistent and professional document formatting.

Draft-Based Document Generation Workflow

We have implemented a Draft-Based Document Generation Workflow that introduces a draft-first approach to the document generation process, ensuring that all generated or imported documents are initially saved in a Draft state before any communication is initiated. This enhancement provides users with the flexibility to review, verify, and make necessary modifications to documents prior to distribution, reducing the risk of errors and improving document quality. Email and SMS notifications are no longer triggered automatically upon document generation; instead, they can be manually initiated or scheduled for a later time based on business requirements. This workflow enhances operational control, supports approval-driven processes, and ensures greater accuracy, compliance, and flexibility in document management and customer communication.

Excel Data Entry (Slug) for Document Identification

We have implemented support for Slug-based document identification within the Excel import process to streamline and automate document generation. A dedicated Slug field has been introduced in the import template, enabling each record to be mapped to the appropriate document template during processing. This enhancement ensures accurate template selection, minimizes manual intervention, and supports the generation of multiple document types through a single import workflow. Validation has also been incorporated to verify the presence and correctness of the Slug value, helping prevent mapping errors and ensuring reliable, consistent, and efficient document generation.

Bulk Actions for Generated Documents

We have implemented bulk selection and action capabilities for generated documents and selected cases, enabling users to efficiently manage multiple documents through a single workflow. The enhancement allows users to select multiple generated documents and perform actions such as Download, Delete, and Send Email/SMS notifications in bulk, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency. Users can also download documents individually or combine multiple selected documents into a single merged file for easier sharing and management. This functionality streamlines document handling, enhances productivity, and provides greater flexibility in managing large volumes of generated documents.

Bulk Revert & Delete Case Functionality

We have implemented bulk revert and delete functionality for cases, case entities, and imported sheet data, enabling users to efficiently manage and maintain records in bulk. The enhancement allows users to identify and process records using key identifiers such as External ID, Entity Name, and Slug, ensuring accurate record selection and execution of actions. This functionality supports streamlined data management by allowing multiple cases or imported entities to be reverted or removed simultaneously, reducing manual effort, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring better control over imported and case-related data.

Marketplace Module Development – Projects, Deals, Meetings & Browse

We have implemented a comprehensive Marketplace module to support the complete engagement lifecycle between authenticated clients and ADR practitioners. The implementation includes a Browse & Discover interface with advanced search and filtering, service-based categorization, detailed practitioner profiles, and a favourites system, while enforcing an invite-only registration workflow. A personalized post-login dashboard was introduced to provide consolidated visibility into projects, deals, pending meeting invitations, and quick actions for creating new records. The Projects module supports full CRUD operations, configurable status lifecycles, project member and role management, milestone tracking with state transitions, and detailed activity logging. The Deals module enables structured deal creation, participant workflows, negotiation through counter-offers, payment milestone management, lifecycle state tracking, and audit logs. The Meetings module provides scheduling capabilities linked to projects or deals, automatic participant invitations, RSVP management, document attachments, and iCal export for calendar integration. In addition, common UX enhancements were implemented, including searchable popover-based user selectors across the platform and improved authenticated navigation, resulting in a scalable, streamlined, and efficient Marketplace experience.

Platform Development & Execution

We have developed an intelligent document ingestion pipeline that automatically ingests, classifies, and processes business documents, enabling efficient and reliable execution of critical workflows. To ensure consistent regulatory compliance, we implemented a robust governance engine that applies predefined business rules, validates data integrity, and centralizes risk monitoring across the platform. We also built two purpose-driven interfaces: the Enterprise Command Centre, which provides internal teams with centralised visibility into compliance and risk, and the Consultant Portal, a secure, role-based environment that enables external counsel to access and manage assigned engagements safely. Together, these capabilities establish a scalable, secure, and governance-centric platform that streamlines operations, strengthens compliance, and supports seamless collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Arbitration Case Initiation & Template Workflow Enhancement

We have enhanced the arbitration platform by optimizing case initiation, bulk import, template management, and document generation workflows to deliver greater operational efficiency and scalability. The implementation included intelligent batch management, enhanced data import capabilities, a dynamic template engine, advanced document editing features, and a draft-based document generation process to streamline end-to-end case handling. Additionally, we introduced secure bulk operations and robust role-based access controls, enabling efficient case and document management while strengthening governance, maintaining auditability, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Multilingual Transcript Translation Enablement

We have enhanced the transcript management experience by restoring and optimizing the multilingual translation capability, enabling users to select their preferred language and seamlessly access translated transcript content during or after hearings. The feature was thoroughly validated and refined to ensure reliable language selection, accurate translation processing, and a consistent, user-friendly experience across the platform.
