This milestone marks a significant step forward in enhancing user experience by providing intelligent, on-demand assistance directly within the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/blog.jupitice.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Untitled-design-5.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2\">Case &amp; Event Stage Dropdown in Filing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">To enhance usability and streamline workflow, we have implemented a new feature across both the&nbsp;<strong>case-filing<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>event-filing<\/strong>&nbsp;modules.<\/span> Users can now select a relevant <strong>Event Stage<\/strong> from a dropdown menu linked to the respective case or event. Once the filing is submitted, the chosen stage will be automatically set as the <strong>default stage<\/strong> for the corresponding case or event. This enhancement improves procedural consistency by ensuring accurate tracking and categorization of filings based on their current stage.
